Sky Tram:
While staying in Monteverde don’t miss the Sky Tram that will lead you up to the Continental Divide and to one of the highest mountains in the area. Sky Tram is a guided tour where you can have the opportunity to observe the cloud forest outstanding biodiversity, the majestic Arenal Volcano and the Nicoya Gulf.
Sky Trek:
The Sky Trek’s zip lines go from mountain to mountain, allowing you fly through a cable at speeds up to 40 miles per hour and heights of over 520 feet. There are also 5 observation towers that surpass the cloud forest treetops, providing amazing panoramic views. Our company has a braking system that is superior to any other places. The zip lines themselves are long and fast, when the sky is clear, you will be able to see the ocean, which is amazing. It is a really great experience.
Sky Walk:
The Sky Walk Hanging Bridges it’s a more tranquil introduction to the ecology and natives of the forest canopy. This tour is great to see the canopy from the top of the trees and watch many birds and monkeys.
Restrictions:
Children under 8 years are not permitted on Sky Trek.
Transportation is not included but available for an extra charge.
Pick-up times are around 40 minutes before the start times of the tour.
Not recommended for pregnancy, persons with heart and bone disease, and any other physical suffering.

After much research we decided to go zip-lining at Selvatura and couldn’t be happier. We have both been zip-lining before but this is unlike anything else! there are 13 or so lines, all of which are great! One extra long line you are able to go tandem with someone which is a very cool experience. We went on a drizzly day, however I think it made it all the better! You are definelty high up in the mountains and are able to see some pretty incredible views. There are also lines that bring you right through the trees making it extra thrilling. the Superman is worth the extra money. I’m pretty afraid of heights but once I started and was secured in, I had more excitement than fear! The guys running the lines are also great! They are both professional and fun so you know you’re going to have a great time and also be safe. The walking trails through the hanging bridges are also beautiful. Bring a raincoat as more than likely you will need/want it for all or most of the adventure. Weather changes very quickly.
